TrustCo Bank Corp NY of Glenville, N.Y., has completed a stock offering, raising about $68.1 million in fresh capital.
The $4 billion-asset company said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Thursday that it sold roughly 15.6 million shares, at $4.60 each. That includes
Sandler O'Neill & Partners served as lead underwriter for the offering.
In late trading Thursday, shares of TrustCo were up 2.5% to $4.99.
The company is the parent of TrustCo Bank, which operates 134 offices in the Northeast and Florida.
