Total System Services Inc. has announced the appointments of Jim Cosgrove as treasurer and group executive of finance and David Duncan as group executive for China and Southeast Asia.
Mr. Cosgrove joined TSYS as assistant treasurer in August 2005 and was involved in the company's spinoff from Synovus Financial Corp., in December 2007, the Columbus, Ga., card processor said in a press release Thursday.
Mr. Duncan, based in Shanghai, is responsible for clients in the region, including TSYS China and for China UnionPay Data Services Co. Ltd., the joint venture between TSYS and the China UnionPay network, TSYS said.
