UMB Fund Services, a Milwaukee unit of UMB Financial Corp., said it had chosen AccessDiscovery, a joint product offering developed by Access Data and Discovery, to be the core technology platform for its distribution service offering.
The distribution platform offers end-to-end customer solutions.
Total Distribution is powered by AccessDiscovery, which includes Access Data's SalesVision software and Discovery's database of financial intermediaries.
The platform gives UMB Fund Services clients a picture of their most profitable financial intermediaries and ideal prospects. This data can then be leveraged through an enhanced suite of UMB Fund Services' distribution services that includes wholesaling and sales channel management, strategic marketing, management of creative services, medallion distribution, and broker-dealer services.
UMB Fund Services, which introduced the platform on Monday, offers a line of products and services to the mutual fund industry, including administration, fund accounting, alternative investment services, investor services, transfer agency, marketing, distribution, and custody.
