U.S. Retirement Partners, an Iselin, N.J., 403(b) benefits administrator, has purchased ClearCreek Financial Group, a Hudson, Ohio, financial consulting firm.

ClearCreek, founded in 1996, has 2,750 clients, including some 403(b) customers. The purchase, announced last week, was U.S. Retirement Partners' fourth this year. It has also bought companies in Michigan, Florida, and North Carolina.
ClearCreek will be part of U.S. Retirement Partners' national network of providers for the K-12 teacher market.
