Wilmington Trust Corp. of Delaware has hired Linda L. Bourn as a managing director in its wealth advisory services business to serve ultra-high-net-worth and family office clients.
Bourn, working from New York, will serve Wilmington Trust's clients nationally. She was a managing director for Clearbrook Partners, a family office. Before that she was a managing director for Marsh USA Inc. in New York.
Wilmington Trust's family office services include cash-flow management; tax and accounting services; investment oversight, including asset allocation, manager selection and consolidated reporting; and lifestyle management services.
These services are complemented by Wilmington Trust's personal trust, estate planning and fiduciary services.
The company announced the hiring Tuesday.
