Wilshire State Bank in Los Angeles has split the duties of its former president/CEO.

William B. Im, who had held those jobs since 1993, resigned May 21 from the $240 million-asset bank. He had joined it in 1995.

Steven Koh, a private investor who has been chairman since 1993 and a director since 1986, is now CEO too.

Joel Ziskind, a 33-year banking veteran, was named president. Mr. Ziskind was executive vice president; he remains chief operating officer, and chief credit officer. He has been a director since 1993.
