Card-Fraud Suspects Caught After Using Cloned Cards at Banks

Two men were arrested Thursday afternoon by Nashville, Tenn., police for an alleged card-skimming scam.

The suspects, Atanas Georgiev and Chris Dragiev, are accused of using skimming devices with at least two ATMs in Chattanooga and Dalton, Ga., in September and October, WTVF-TV of Nashville reported Thursday. Georgiev is also charged with being a fugitive from justice for identity theft, the article said.

The suspects were arrested after bank employees noticed them using what looked like counterfeit cards to make withdrawals, the article said.
