But the only reason that change happened is because "we were given a chance," Beth Mooney of KeyCorp told the honorees during the Most Powerful Women in Banking and Finance awards dinner at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City. "Now, we are stewards of that 'chance' for the next generation," and creating a diverse and inclusive culture is an obligation.
