Account Control Technology, a student loan collection agency, plans to expand its location in Warren County, Ohio and add 250 jobs within the next three years.

The agency, based in Canoga Park, Calif., opened in December 2011 and created 150 jobs at that time. The suburban Cincinnati site is the agency's fourth, and largest, U.S. location. The firm opened in 1990 and has more than 400 employees at its various facilities. The company has been recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the nation’s 5,000 fastest-growing private companies.
