Technology Credit Union of San Jose, Calif.; New Mexico Educators Federal Credit Union of Albuquerque, N.M.; and Financial Partners Credit Union of Los Angeles are using Bluepoint’s QwikDeposit ToGo mobile remote deposit capture platform.

Bluepoint announced last year that Mountain America Credit Union of Salt Lake City was also using the technology. It launched the service last summer (see story).

In a press release, Hal Tilbury, the chief executive of the Vista, Calif.-based vendor, said institutions can set up its platform quickly, giving smaller financial institutions the ability to compete with larger competitors offering the service to their mobile banking customers.

Bluepoint’s mobile remote deposit capture platform uses imaging technology owned by Mitek Systems Inc., a San Diego-based company that also licenses its technology to several other vendors, including Fiserv Inc., Fidelity National Information Services Inc. and Jack Henry & Associates.
