FSV Payment Systems Inc., a provider of prepaid card program management and processing, has appointed Richard Savard to its board of directors.

Caledon Card Services Inc., a provider of merchant accounts and gateway payment processing, has added three Hypercom Corp. point-of-sale terminals, the Optimum T4220, T4230 and M4230, to its merchant offerings.

Merchant Link LLC, an online payments gateway, says its TransactionVault security software that replaces sensitive transaction data with tokens will be available in the fourth quarter as part of the Opera Property Management System made by Micros Systems Inc.
