Charge Payment has a new name. The Nashville-based technology and integrated payments provider will now go by i3Verticals,
The company also tapped Joe Jorling as chief operating officer, according to an April 23 news release.
Dorling joins the company having most recently served as the senior vice president of iPayment. Before that, he was senior vice president at Imperial Bank (now Comerica Bank).
The company also announced an expanded $50 million credit facility, which it will use to fund future acquisitions. It recently closed its acquisition of RentShare, which provides payment services and software for the large and growing property rental market. The company also closed another acquisition, but did not disclose the seller's name.
In total, i3Verticals has made seven acquisitions since 2013.
