Cocard Marketing Group LLC, a Nashville, Tenn.-based independent sales organization with more than 90 offices across the nation, has renewed its card-processing contract with National Processing Co. LLC.
Louisville, Ky.-based National Processing, which specializes in processing transactions for small and midsize merchants, announced the deal on May 5.
Cocard has partnered with National Processing “since the founding of our company in 2000,” Rick Pylant, Cocard president, said in a press release.
Pylant also is president of the Electronic Transactions Association’s board of directors.
National Processing is a subsidiary of Cincinnati-based Fifth Third Processing Solutions, which is a joint venture of Advent International and Fifth Third Bank, a subsidiary of Fifth Third Bancorp.
