Spectrum Federal Credit Union has converted its debit and ATM processing to The Members Group, a Des Moines, Iowa-based processor, both companies said Monday. San Francisco-based Spectrum operates 14 ATMs and has issued nearly 14,000 debit cards. The Members Group has been Spectrum's credit card processor 15 years. The credit union operates branches in Texas and Maryland.
