Crosier Elected EFTA Chairman

Raymond T. Crosier, the president and chief operating officer of Online Resources Corp., was elected to a two-year term as chairman of the Electronic Funds Transfer Association.

He succeeded Ron Congemi, the senior vice president of strategic industry relations at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.'s First Data Corp.

Richard G. Lyons Jr., the executive vice president of global debit and prepaid at MasterCard Inc., was elected the vice chairman of the Fairfax, Va., trade group. Sandra Hartfield, the president and chief executive of the electronic banking division of Palm Desert National Bank, and Lynn Barr, a partner in the law firm of Goodwin Procter LLP, were re-elected treasurer and secretary of the board, respectively.

The elections were announced Friday.

The 30-year-old group's members include shared automated teller machine networks, financial institutions, manufacturers, payment processors, online payment providers, and technology-management companies.
