Fifth Third Processing Solutions LLC will handle ATM and debit card processing services for two Colorado retail banking companies, the Cincinnati-based processor announced Dec. 22.
Legacy Bank of Wiley, Colo., and Champion Bank of Parker, Colo., will use Fifth Third Processing to process their transactions, guard against fraud and market their debit cards, the processor says.
“We are extremely pleased to have been chosen by these two [banks] to provide processing services,” Royal Cole, Fifth Third president of financial institution services, said in a press release.
Fifth Third Processing is owned by private-equity firm Advent International Corp. and Fifth Third Bancorp’s Fifth Third Bank.
