Fidelity National Information Services, which does business as FIS, says Fifth Third Bancorp will use its Payment Manager online bill-payment service under a deal the companies announced Oct. 31.
The service will enable Fifth Third Bank to provide customers with enhanced features for electronic billing, electronic delivery of bill payments, balance worksheets for tracking funds and expedited payments. Customers may access these services through Fifth Third’s online banking service.
