Ontario Systems has hired Rozanne Andersen as vice president, compliance and government affairs, effective May 9. Andersen will be Ontario’s in-house legal and compliance expert.
Andersen was twice named one of the top achievers in the collection industry by Collections & Credit Risk for her role in helping shape the industry's legislative priorities, traveling often to the U.S. capital and meeting frequently with both federal and state lawmakers.

She later joined Minnesota-based law firm Morrison Fenske & Sund to lead the firm's national compliance and reputation management practice for the accounts receivable management industry. Andersen spoke in March at the 15th Annual National Collections & Credit Risk Conference in Miami, and moderated a panel titled "Seeing Your Future Through A Regulator's Prism."
Ontario Systems provides collection and revenue recovery and management services to the accounts receivable management and health care industries. Customers include nine of the top 10 U.S. collection firms and the nation’s top 100 hospitals and health centers, according to the company.
