ICBC Issues Another Cobranded Travel Card

The Industrial and Commercial Bank says it has begun issuing a cobranded credit card with China-based online travel agency ManGocity.com. The bank issues cards with the Visa, MasterCard and China UnionPay brands, a bank spokesperson tells CardLine Global. The card, among the latest cobranding deals from Chinese issuers trying to attract niche consumers, offers cardholders 2% discounts on airline tickets and 5% discounts on hotel rooms. In November, the bank began issuing a cobranded credit card with another Chinese online travel agency, Elong.com. The bank has issued more than 39 million credit cards.
