The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China will issue a cobranded credit card with China-based online travel agency Elong. The bank will issue the card in Sichuan province. The bank issues cards that carry the MasterCard and Visa brands, a bank spokesperson tells CardLine Global. The bank expects to market the new card to "high-end business travelers and other frequent travelers," the spokesperson says. The bank has issued more than 33 million credit cards.
