Syndicate Bank reportedly has started to issue its SyndInstant Visa-branded debit cards in the Udupi district of the Indian state of Karnataka. The India-based bank had issued the card only in the city of Bangalore, the state capital. The bank also has started offering credit cards and online-banking services in the district. Bank officials did not respond to a CardLine Global request for comment. The bank deploys approximately 1,500 ATMs.
