Planned Parenthood of Indiana, a nonprofit organization focusing on reproductive health care, is offering gift certificates for its health care services, the organization announced last week. The Indianapolis-based group is selling the gift certificates online and at 22 of its health centers, Kate Shepherd, a Planned Parenthood spokesperson, tells CardLine. Planned Parenthood is selling the certificates in $25 increments on its Web site and in any amount at its health centers, the organization says. Clients may use the certificates to pay for the organization's services, such as annual exams for women, birth-control prescriptions and abortions. This is the first year Planned Parenthood has offered gift certificates, the organization says in a statement.
