JPMorgan Chase Signs Prepaid Deal

JPMorgan Chase & Co. said Monday that it has agreed to issue prepaid cards for DataMatrix Promotions, a White Plains, N.Y., outfit that develops rebate programs for retailers and manufacturers.

DataMatrix, a unit of the Mumbai outsourcer Giltedge InfoTech Services Pvt. Ltd., will continue to use JPMorgan Chase for the disbursement of rebate checks, but the banking company said putting the rebates on a card will save DataMatrix customers the time and money associated with printing and handling checks.
