The Restaurant Association of Maryland, a 2,000-member trade association, has chosen payment processor Heartland Payment Systems Inc. as its exclusive endorsed payment services provider, Heartland announced March 9.

The services include credit and debit card processing, gift card marketing and check-management products, Princeton, N.J.-based Heartland says. Neither Heartland nor the Columbia, Md.-based association would disclose any special rates for the association’s members.
