Navigant Credit Union has chosen Fiserv Inc.’s Acumen account processing service with ASP delivery.
The $1.2-billion, Smithfield, R.I.-based credit union also selected several other Fiserv services, including WireXchange for wire-transfer processing, EnFact Network Services for fraud detection, Accel/Exchange payments network for ATMs and point-of-sale access, Prologue for accounting, Nautilus for document imaging, Prism Analytics for member-relationship management, and products for item and debit processing.
“With its advanced Internet technology, Acumen provides integrated access to data to improve our decision-making power and create superior workflows,” said Gary Furtado, president of Navigant, Rhode Island’s oldest credit union.
