NYCE Payments Network LLC Friday named Neil Marcous as president. Marcous replaces Steven A. Rathgaber, who is leaving to become CEO of Cardtronics Inc on Feb. 1.
Marcous also will lead Fidelity National Information Services Inc.’s payment network solutions business. Fidelity National last year acquired NYCE when it merged with Metavante Technologies Inc.
Before joining NYCE, Marcous was group president and CEO at Bisys Group Inc., which recently became a part of Crump Life Insurances Services. He also had leadership positions at Automatic Data Processing Inc. and Electronic Data Systems Inc.
“Neil’s extensive leadership experience and vast knowledge of the payments space will help us execute on our strategic vision for NYCE,” Frank D’Angelo, executive vice president for Fidelity National’s payment solutions group.
