Payveris Bolsters Credit Union Payments Via EPL Partnership

Digital payments company Payveris and credit union support company EPL have jointly announced an electronic bill payment product.

EPL—which provides technology to credit unions—will now offer the product to the credit unions it counts as customers as an option for their members to bank online.

"This partnership will empower credit unions that utilize EPL's online banking suite to more easily control the member experience with respect to payments and money movement by providing a single, flexible infrastructure for bill payment, account-to-account (A2A) and person-to-person (P2P) money movement transactions," said Payveris president Jeff Weikert in a release.

Payveris has additionally developed budgeting tools through a partnership with personal financial management provider Geezeo and expanded its financial services payments technology by teaming with D3 Banking.

It also formed a merchant services division in the past year.
