Sony Corp. now allows owners of the PlayStation 3 video game console to charge content purchases to their mobile phone bills with U.S. wireless carriers.
The mobile billing option can be accessed from PlayStation 3 consoles and the Web to purchase games, movies, TV shows, music subscriptions and other digital content. The purchase amount is added to the user's next phone bill or debited against the user's prepaid phone balance, Sony says.
