TouchBistro is giving participating venues customized promo cards to distribute to their patrons. A customer using Uber gets a free ride for up to $20.

TouchBistro operates in 33 countries and integrates with PayPal and Apple Pay, the company said in a Dec. 24 press release. Its iPad app allows waiters to take orders at the table and send them wirelessly to the kitchen or bar.

"One of our main focuses is customer experience," Alex Barrotti, chief executive and founder of TouchBistro, said in the release. "Being able to ensure people have a stress-free night with a safe way home is paramount for us during this holiday season."
