Tranax Names New CEO And CFO

Tranax Technologies Inc., the Hayward, Calif.-based off-premise ATM manufacturer,
Wednesday named a new CEO and chief financial officer.

The company appointed Won Gee Lee to the positions of president and CEO,
replacing Hansup Kwon, who is also the company's founder.

Lee also is CEO of Seoul, South Korea based Eltna Group, which purchased Tranax in September (ADN, 9/11).The company also named Michael Suh chief financial officer. Suh replaces James McCanna, who left Tranax. "Tranax will be in good hands, with strong leadership to take Tranax to the next level," Kwon said in a statement.
