One of the agreements is with St. Mary’s Bank, the nation’s first credit union, TSYS said in a Dec. 12 press release. TSYS will provide payments services for St. Mary’s Bank’s consumer credit card portfolio.

TSYS, of Columbus, Ga., also announced a long-term payments agreement for Oregon Community Credit Union’s consumer credit card portfolio.

“We are excited to add St. Mary’s Bank and Oregon Community Credit Union to the growing list of community and regional financial institutions that have chosen to bring their consumer credit card business to TSYS,” said Philip W. Tomlinson, chairman and chief executive officer of TSYS, in the release.

Both credit unions will use the TS2 platform. TSYS did not disclose the financial terms of either deal.

“Partnering with TSYS to expand and enhance our consumer credit offerings seemed like a natural fit,” said Steve Macek, director of consumer lending at St. Mary’s Bank, in the release.

St. Mary’s Bank is based in Manchester, N.H. Oregon Community Credit Union is based in Eugene.
