UK E-Commerce Merchant Inks Deal With Cybersource

Debenhams Direct, a United Kingdom-based e-commerce merchant, is using online transaction-processing services from U.S.-based CyberSource Corp., CyberSource announced Thursday. Debenhams Direct, the online arm of UK retailer Debenhams plc, processes approximately 2,500 orders on an average day, according to CyberSource. Debenhams Direct also is using CyberSource's risk-management service, which performs more than 150 transaction-validation tests to determine whether a transaction should be accepted, rejected or set aside for review. Debenhams did not say which company it previously used for these services.
