The company makes robotic toys and educational tools, which it sells in more than 4,000 outlets globally, including Walmart, Target, Toys "R" Us and Radio Shack. Virtual Piggy will connect its standard eBay Magento e-commerce platform interface to Innovation First’s platform, which will enable online and mobile purchases.

Virtual Piggy allows young people to make payments within parameters set by their parents or guardians, and has expanded its retailer reach through a series of recent partnerships.

The company entered the action sports market through a partnership with MWRC, and gaming via a partnership with JumpStart.

It has also entered into partnerships with toy store chains in the U.K., and the apparel vendor Triko.
