Virtual Piggy to Offer Virtual Prepaid Gift Cards with InComm

Virtual Piggy, which provides an online youth payment system, now offers digital gift cards on its website through a deal with the prepaid card company InComm.

Virtual Piggy's main product is an online alternative payment system with parental controls. Users of its virtual gift cards can manage the card accounts online or on a mobile phone.

"Virtual Piggy is a unique distribution channel," says Mike Fletcher, senior vice president at InComm, in an Aug. 5 press release. "We are excited to enable digital delivery of gift cards to and for the youth market powered by the family-friendly Virtual Piggy technology."

Virtual Piggy's website now offers virtual gift cards at over 40 merchants, including Barnes & Nobile, Walmart and Gap.
