The London-based Worldpay will provide Innogames with a variety of payment methods as well as risk management and treasury services, according to an April 24 press release. Innogames selected Worldpay for its ability to manage "high volumes of low value transactions internationally," says Colin Murray, Worldpay vice president of video games, in a press release.

"Operating in multiple countries, currencies and accepting transactions in a range of payment methods can prove complicated, but Worldpay has been able to advise us on the best solutions to make this a simple process," Mark Gerban, head of payment at Innogames, says in the release.

Worldpay also recently announced that it has opened its first sales office in China in an effort to reach more merchants in the Chinese e-commerce market. WorldPay has also recently partnered with youth payments company Oink and payment processor Direct Card Solutions.
