Cyber and data security gets a lot of attention these days, but onsite security at bank branches shouldn’t be overlooked. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is increasing its focus on violence in the workplace, and bank CEOs need to be on guard, according to Richard Reice, a partner at the law firm Hoguet Newman Regal & Kennedy.
