- Digital is not optional: 74 percent of Gen Xers’ and 72 percent of baby boomers’ transactions with their primary bank were mobile or online.
- ‘Top of phone’ is replacing ‘top of wallet’: 46 percent of young millennials (18-25) and 36 percent of senior millennials (26-36) conducted a P2P payment from a non-bank service in the past 30 days.
