Chetan Patel is Executive Vice President of ISGN, where he leads the company’s efforts to streamline process transitions and technologies that make both front- and back-end mortgage processes faster, more efficient and more economical. He has a strong track record of leading successful technology and Web initiatives for a diverse range of companies and brings more than 15 years of experience in the technology and mortgage marketplace, in addition to significant experience in implementation management. Chetan was the co-founder of MortgageHub, a leading a leading provider of strategic leadership, business enhancement and transformation services, technology assessment and progression consulting for the mortgage industry. MortgageHub was acquired and merged with ISGN in 2006.Prior to co-founding MortgageHub, Chetan was the director of information technology for Health Partners where he led a staff of more than 20 individuals in the implementation of technology innovations that helped establish Health Partners a recognized leader, increasing its members from 75,000 to more than 125,000. He was responsible for implementing and providing the “back-end” technology to other entities entering the marketplace in different regions, and also designed an industry-first, self-service phone application for patients, doctors and hospital staff to help reduce cost in a very competitive market. His career history also includes work with QVC and GMAC Mortgage, where he was granted the ‘President Distinguish’ award for providing key solutions. More recently, Chetan was listed among Mortgage Banking magazine’s 2008 IT-All Stars, and is a frequent speaker at mortgage industry conferences. He is a member of the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants, the Mortgage Bankers Association, the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, and the Association for Management Information. He earned a Bachelor of Administration degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Temple University.
