DALLAS -- Banc Texas Group said it expects to report operating earning for the fourth quarter, resulting in its first full year with an operating profit since 1983.
The company lost $344,000 in the fourth quarter of last year. It recently reported third-quarter net profit of $353,000, compared with a $589,000 loss a year earlier.
