1st Tennessee's Horn to lead bank unit.

Ralph Horn, president of First Tennessee National Corp., will succeed John Dulin as president of its First Tennessee Bank on Jan. 31.

Mr. Dulin is retiring.

John Kelley will succeed Mr. Dulin as president of the bank's Memphis banking group and will retain responsibility for the corporate services group.

In a related move, group executive vice president Ken Glass was promoted to president of the Tennessee banking group, which covers middle and eastern Tennessee.
