Canada banks pick Micrognosis.

DANBURY, Conn - CSK Corp.'s Micrognosis subsidiary said Toronto Dominion Bank has installed a trading information system at the bank's new facilities adjoining its Toronto headquarters.

The company also said Bank of Montreal had decided to use a single supplier for trading floor workstations around the world and had selected Micrognosis as its preferred vendor.

The first installation will be on the bank's Montreal trading floor.

Micrognosis officials said they offered the Bank of Montreal a new product called InVision that it is distributing under an alliance formed earlier this year with Ireland-based QFS. InVision will allow the bank's existing network of personal computers to receive market data.

Micrognosis said its installation for Toronto Dominion Bank is configured to support up to 180 traders.

The bank, which already has Mircrognosis technology installed in Australia and New York, is considering equipping as many as 400 traders on 10 floors.
