FIRST ADVANTAGE Mortgage Corp., Columbus, Md., said Anthony W. Schweiger has joined the company as executive vice president and chief lending officer and that H. Franklin Green 3d and James W. Raker have been promoted to executive vice presidents.
Mr. Schweiger also assumes the post of president of Entrust Funding Co., a a First Advantage division in Atlanta. That title was previously held by Albert C. Kocourek, president and chief executive officer of First Advantage Mortgage.
Mr. Schweiger was president and chief executive officer of Meridian Mortgage Corp., Wayne.
Mr. Green will continue to manage the risk management division of First Advantage, including secondary marketing, underwriting, and appraisal services.
Mr. Raker will remain the chief financial officer and chief administrative officer of First Advantage.
