INTEGRA FINANCIAL Corp., Pittsburgh, has appointed Mary A. York senior vice president of human resources for the bank holding company.
Ms. York, formerly a vice president in human resources, also served on Integra's merger-and-acquisitions due diligence team.
She will be responsible for formulating human resources policy and insuring government regulatory compliance.
