MINNEAPOLIS -- The lead bank of Norwest Corp. announced a strategis alliance with Berliner Bank of Germany.
The two banks will work together to offer services and advice at competitive prices to "corporate customers of mutual interest," Norwest Bank Minnesota said.
The arrangement will enhance services to Norwest customers in Germany and Eastern Europe and strengthen relationships between Norwest and German-owned companies in the United States, the bank said.
