EVANSVILLE, Ind. -- Old National Bancorp said it completed its seperate mergers with Orange County Bank of Paoli, Ind., and Indianan State Bank of Terre Haute, Ind.
Orange County Bank has $76 million of assets, and Indiana State Bank has $104 million. The addition of the two banks brings Old National Bancorp's assets to nearly $4 billion.
