REDWOOD CITY, Calif. -- Verifone Inc. said it has expanded its ProfitNow leasing program into several new product lines.
The leasing program began in July with the Tranz 460 and Omni 460 transaction automation systems. They incorporate both a payment terminal and receipt printer and are geared for smaller merchants.
Verifone is broadening the lease availability to the Tranz 330, Tranz 380, and Zon Jr. XL products; the Printer 250 and Printer 900R; Tranzpack, which is a package of the Tranz 330 or 380 and Printer 250; and PIN Pad 101 and 201.
From the fourth quarter, the lease periods are 39 months, with no payments due until 1995.
