Associated Bank Milwaukee, a subsidiary of Associated Banc-Corp, Green Bay, Wis., has appointed Todd R. Luft as director of marketing for retail banking and Patricia A. Balge as director of marketing for business banking.
Mr. Luft is responsible for the advertising and promotional campaigns for the company's retail banking offices in southeast Wisconsin. He was marketing manager with M&I Bank in Sheboygan, Wis.
Ms. Balge will manage advertising, promotion, and special events for Associated's business banking sales teams in southeast Wisconsin. She has been with the bank for seven years working in a variety of trust, private banking, and commercial banking sales positions.
Michael B. Molepske has been promoted to community bank president of Associated Bank in Sheboygan.
Mr. Molepskc will be responsible for all aspects of the bank's operaations, including managing the business banking center and overseeing the retail banking activities and operations. He will also serve on the bank's advisory board of directors.
