BARRIE, Ontario -- Intertan Inc., a Canadian-based electronics retailer using the Radio Shack and Tandy trade names, said it completed a revolving credit agreement for $44 million with an international banking syndicate.
The credit was arranged .by Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, and the, other lenders are First National Bank of Boston, Lloyds Bank and Credit Lyonnais Canada.
The facility will provide working capital for operations in Canada, the Great Britain, and Australia.
