PHILADELPHIA, Pa.- Transaction Processing Inc., a marketer of point of sale terminals, said it has hired a former Visa U.S.A. executive to head its sales, marketing, and product development.
Jeffrey C. Connelly will be based in Tampa, Fla., and report to Bipin C. Shah,
TPI's president and chief executive.
TPI, based in Philadelphia, has offices in Atlanta and Tampa.
The Cleveland-based bank is projecting steady growth in net interest income even as credit losses remain manageable. But Chairman and CEO Chris Gorman also said that he thinks a recession is likely.
