NATIONAL CITY Corp., Cleveland, said Shelley J. Siefert, senior vice president, has been appointed director of corporate human resources, succeeding Karl A. Johns. Ms. Seifert had been assistant human resources director since last fall, when she transferred to Cleveland from Louisville, where she was director of human - resources for National City Processing Co.
